CO’M Vietnamese – Restaurant Tenant Improvement

We provided CRP Architect role of coordinating this first Tenant Improvement for this upscale Vietnamese Restaurant in Richmond, BC. We worked with Ste. Marie Art + Design to create new kitchen, washrooms, and back of house for 76 seat dining plus 16 seat patio. We coordinated Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Suppression Engineers for permits and obtained occupancy under BCBC 2012.
