This TI in surrey allowed for a small retail showroom to be relocated from Granville street to a far larger facility in Surrey to showcasing Scott Landon’s finer pieces at the front and allowing for an office and meeting rooms in the mezzanine space.  Further storage is visible from the windows (salvaged from a a warehouse demo in Chicago) and to the rear a restoration shop for new inventory.

As so much of the buyers are international and view the products over the internet, to bring all of Scott’s business functions into one location was a great idea, and the new retail / warehouse space is a great place to work and shop for these unique Architectural and furniture pieces.
